Founded on two decades of experience in education, leadership, and youth advocacy, our mission is to foster thriving individuals, resilient communities, and empowered leaders.
About the Founder, Adam Evans
With 20 years of experience in education and leadership, I’ve worked across classrooms, boardrooms, and sporting fields to champion the development of the whole person. My professional journey spans the globe—from the dynamic education landscape of London, to both regional and metropolitan areas across Queensland and New South Wales, Australia.
Holding a Master’s in Educational Leadership and a Diploma in Mental Health, my work has always been deeply rooted in evidence-based approaches to well-being, pastoral care, and youth development. I’ve designed and implemented innovative programs tailored to real-world challenges, collaborating with mental health professionals, educators, and leading researchers to ensure every initiative is impactful, practical, and relevant.
Beyond the classroom, I bring a rich background in coaching and mentoring through sport—including rugby union, rugby league, touch football, and water polo. These experiences have shaped my understanding of teamwork, discipline, resilience, and the power of connection—values that underpin all of our work at The Symposium Collective.
In 2024, I proudly won the 70m sprint at the 100th Bay Sheffield, a testament to my ongoing commitment to discipline, performance, and personal growth. It’s a mindset I bring into every aspect of my work.
Above all, I’m a father to two daughters—a role that continually sharpens my insight into the real needs and challenges facing young people today
